All services are available in person and virtually (some energy healing is limited virtually, please email for details).

Each service we offer will be uniquely tailored to you and what you would like to experience and is done with understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate and completely focused care for you and your needs.  In all the work I offer I use a unique integrative, creative, open minded and authentic approach. This is used along with intuitive, empathic, heart centered abilities with the ability to see the soul in its upmost completed form which is you!  Most of the services have a few things in common, the 1st being expanding your awareness of yourself and the reality around you, 2nd is doing work on the self (overcoming self doubt, trauma, programming, self limiting beliefs etc) and building confidence, love, understanding and more, 3rd is being your most authentic self (goes for me as well), 4th Develop more open mindedness and understand life is not black and white and there are huge gray areas to be explored within ourselves and externally, 5th Knowing more of who you are and what you are, what drives you and what you want from life, 6th Clear, free moving energy facilitates a healthier and happier life and brings about our goals and desires faster! and finally the 7th which is to know we are all unique but have so much in common, we all make mistakes, Don't take life so seriously, Know that I am not here to judge you, share the knowledge, have faith and love each other!

When working with life advisement (life coaching) I approach it from a different direction then most. While we will identify goals, objectives, direction and planning etc. We will utilize self work and identify energy or mental blockages and subconscious expression of trauma, expansion of energy and awareness, along with mindfulness and other practices to develop yourself or goals faster and more smoothly and utilize spiritual teachings to help achieve this.

Both individual sessions and multiple sessions are available to be booked. To book a session(s) simply email or call and we can set up appointment time and date for whatever service(s) you are interested in.  If you have questions about our services feel free to contact us. Group teachings and some group healing are also an option available (inquire for more information) Package plans are available with certain services. I am willing to travel locally if you can't get to me, please email and check with us. I have very flexible hours including early morning and evening. Payment can be done in person with cash, Venmo or PayPal.  If you choose virtual sessions payment can be made (48 hours prior) through Paypal or Venmo, I can email you an invoice with instructions on how to pay.  Thank you everyone!
